I tried this technique with My Narc mom. It works like a champ!
Narc abuse is real! I have known two Narcissists in my life- My Mom and My husband. I wish I had known about this technique when I was married to him- It is so hard to sit there and not react when you are being screamed at and abused.
The only problem I made was a few days later after using the grey rock technique, I confronted her on her emotional outburst and all hell broke loose.
